It is what we use to count things in order to administer them, in effect, unlike people, goods, or land that are what is counted. Though we count money itself as well, it just doesn’t seem clear whether we count it in terms of the other three?

Sure, i didnt mean to imply otherwise, though it is more preferred as a means of control as far as I understand given its higher degree of liquidity. Or maybe I’m just wrong about this altogether

Can money be listed among the other three flows? I would expect it to belong above them, as what enables authorities to control or exchange for the other three.
