But ive come across a quote saying "art disturbs the comforted and comforts the disturbed" and i find that very true for so many different topics!
My music taste and the media i enjoy has become some sort of therapy and more of a understand of the self i view and catharsis knowing what to analyze

And for me i always use to release anger or use the thought of oh"depressing music helps you if your depressed" and thats true it does and same goes for relating to a characters ideas or stories, obviously if its unnecessary violence or plane disturbance its only someones horrid mind.

Ive been around so much violent and metal media for a good while in my life now but it's only in recent years ive started understanding what goes behind it ideas and feelings and how i use it for myself and how it helps people release something stored inside.
