This is heartbreaking. When I first saw it, I thought it was AI-generated (since I didn’t watch it live). Only then did I realize it was happening in real time. As a European whose family experienced Nazi terror, I wanted to cry.

My kid just got home & I asked her, "Do you want to see something really scary?"

Feels like we’ve time-traveled back to (let’s say) 2012. It’s kinda nostalgic but I already miss my US friends on TikTok.

TikTok, Lemon 8, and CapCut are all gone.

Those apps are “more dangerous” according to the U.S. government.
