We will not wait for change to happen. We will build a better tomorrow for the Westside and for our country.

I stand with every single one of you who is ready to push forward, to fight harder, to rise above the status quo and demand a better future.

But let me be clear—this is just the beginning. We are facing an urgent moment in history, and the challenges before us are great. Whether it’s fighting for workers’ rights, the right to bodily autonomy, or universal healthcare for all — our mission is clear.

As President, I promise that the Westside Democratic Club will continue to be for anyone on the Westside who believes in the power of community, the power of unity, and the power of being the change that we wish to see in the world.

A question we all must ask ourselves in order to prepare for the coming challenges we face is this. “What do I stand for?”. Each of us individually, what do we stand for? The Westside Dems have always fought for a future where everyone—no matter their background—has the opportunity to thrive.

Since becoming a member I have found in this organization camaraderie, support and lifelong friendships. All of which, in a world such as this, are becoming increasingly rare.

I originally came to be involved with the club during the Fall of 2023 when I was a candidate campaigning to represent Ohio’s 8th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Wednesday evening we held elections for our Executive Board and I am proud to have been elected to serve as the next President of the Westside Democratic Club!

In 2025, let’s continue to build a future where every voice is heard, every community is uplifted, and every challenge is met with the collective strength of our democracy. Wishing you all a prosperous, peaceful, and impactful New Year!

Ohioans deserve better and as we step into the new year, I remain deeply committed to fighting for the changes we desperately need in this country, as well as the values that unite us—freedom, justice, and equality for all.

From hearing peoples hopes and dreams, to hearing their fears and more times than not the unfortunate realities of many of our lives.

Before I launched my campaign for the U.S. House of Representatives, I had spent the previous year traveling around the state and talking to as many Ohioans as I possibly could to ask them what I could do to help them and their families.

I am extremely thankful for the experiences this year has brought, the many new friendships and relationships formed with some amazing people, as well as the motivation it has provided me to keep fighting for Ohio families and workers.

The past year has been filled with amazing, life changing experiences. 2024 contained many firsts, including my first time being on a ballot.

Happy Thanksgiving again to you and yours! Here’s to taking a moment to reflect on all that we are grateful for! 💙

I have been blessed to have had another year on this planet with my family and loved ones, as well as being able to build new connections and stronger bonds with so many great people in our community. I hope this holiday season is filled with time for family, fun, and peace for you all.

Let us give thanks for the progress we’ve made, and for the hope and determination within us all that will carry us forward.

As we celebrate the blessings of the season, let’s remember that our work is far from over. There are still many challenges ahead, but together, we can continue to move toward a future where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

From protecting voting rights, expanding healthcare access and advocating for common sense gun legislation to supporting workers’ rights, we’ve made strides in building a more just and prosperous society.

We’ve seen our democracy tested, but we’ve also witnessed the power of informed, engaged citizens standing up for what they believe in.

This year has been one of resilience, as we worked to strengthen the values that unite us as a nation: fairness, opportunity, and respect for every person, regardless of their background.
