Lion has the option to sacrifice someone else but his ✨moral compass✨ kicks in and he refuses so Issei goes “oh yer one of those guys with morals it’s gunna be tough” and Lion has to figure out another way to get rid of Issei w/o sacrificing anyone. So the only option left is to romance death itself

Issei is barred from the afterlife for failing to reap the soul that was supposed to die so he now follows Lion around waiting for him to perish. Lion meanwhile has to deal with a literal Grim Reaper tailing him and only he can see it so he can’t really say anything w/o sounding insane +
