The Federal Housing Finance Agency repealed a fair lending rule that helped increase access to homeownership for borrowers of all races from 2022-2024 and generated $17.2B in economic impact. The last time regulators retreated from fair lending enforcement, the housing sector and economy crash.🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🙅🏾‍♀️
