His family posted bail & ICE released him, a blind man who didn't speak English, 5 miles from him home on Friday night. His family spent the weekend looking for him, then his missing persons case was closed bc police thought he was still detained (and then reopened). His body was found on Tuesday.

Ew, this is awful. He is advocating for risk transfer from the wealthy to the poor, from the producers of the risk to the people who had nothing to do with it. I think at its heart is the basic principle of eugenics and the idea that some people deserve to hurt others. GROSS.
