I am going to enthusiastically support whichever Democrat wins the US Senate primary in Texas and hope for the sake of the country that all Democrats do the same.

Americans don’t want war.

We want healthcare.

We want livable wages.

We want affordable homes.

We want affordable education.

We want unions for all.

In war, the ruling class profits. The working class dies.

Great news! The sweet girl pup that I found along the highway today will be reunited with her owner. Apparently she ran off as her owner was changing a flat tire. The veterinarian has her now. 🐶 ❤️

Congress needs to finally step up.
They are the ones who have the constitutional power to declare war. The war powers act needs to be repealed. Today. After war has been declared, then the president takes control. ffs. I cannot be the only one who has read the actual constitution.

Here we are watching military action unfold without a clear congressional vote.
If we are risking American lives and destabilizing an entire region, the American people deserve more than unilateral executive action.
The founders separated powers for a reason!

Donald Trump cannot be trusted to lead America into war. He is unaccountable to America. He is lawless. He only seeks conflict to cover up for his failures.

Congress must step up, reassert its power, and represent the American people.

We do not want another forever war.

Democrats should say that Trump’s attacks on Iran are unconstitutional.

The American people do not want a war in Iran. The Congress did not authorize a war in Iran. It is an entirely illegitimate action that has no legal or constitutional basis. It is the act of a lawless regime.

Not only the best but the only way to support our troops is to vocally oppose a war of choice in Iran that's intended to protect Israel and the Epstein class, that wasn't necessary to protect America's national security, and that's purely designed to enrich Trump and his friends.

Congress should check this president. Only Congress has the authority to authorize war. No one should ever vote for Republicans again.

The president should not be engaging in unauthorized actions in a dispute between Israel and Iran. Our military has no business being involved. Innocents are dying because monumental egos and a quest for dominance have superseded peace negotiations and common sense.
