Americans now see he delivered a strong economy, low unemployment, major infrastructure investment, the CHIPS Act, & the 1st Black woman on the SC. He was treated shamefully—his only “crime” was aging. I hope we learn from how good we had it.

I lost a pound a week and kept it off on the 5:2. This was after struggling for 2 years on a (1300 a day) calorie deficit. If you Google "why don't I lose weight even though I am in calorie deficit" you get millions of hits, Iol.

Why is it so important to these people to stop folks who want to teach something from teaching it to folks who want to learn it? How is it hurting them? Why can't they just leave people alone?
