Hello fellow freaks! Here’s a look at some QOL stuff coming to Strato Freaks DX really soon:

- Control prompts with button icons in Stadium Schooling and the connect controllers screen
- Background can be faded up to 50% white if you find it too busy
- A little arrow appears if you’re strafing

(5/6) Not technically an Ulminac project, but I have also taken a new role and will be helping @shootem.biz get a new demo out next year as well. Def has been working very hard behind the scenes and I want to publicly throw my support behind it as hard as possible. Please support Mr. Shootem!

(4/6) For now, look forward to @arrietty.itch.io's Prototype N, with a new demo built from the ground up in Godot, at MAGFest in a few days. Arri and fellow Team Ulminac member @jorjoe05.bsky.social have been working hard and they're this close to the finish line.

(3/6) @riegel25.bsky.social is also working tirelessly on his ridiculous epic Super Freaks Side Story: Scruffy Minus: The Rise of the Anti Freaks. It keeps getting bigger and better, and I'm very proud of what he's accomplished.

(2/6) Our big goal is to have Strato Freaks DX done before the end of the year. It's already far along and we're very confident we can pull this off. We will also be doing Fr3akjam this February; a month later than usual, but doing them right after New Years was a little too busy after the holidays!

2026 marks the 20th anniversary of Super Freaks, with the first (actual) game releasing June 4th, 2006.
The crew and I have a lot of stuff planned for this year, starting about late January.
