I promise this isn't a paid endorsement, but InstantBlue protein stain is hands-down my favorite if anyone's looking for an SDS-PAGE stain. Bands basically appear instantaneously without background and you can save and reuse multiple times. I used it in grad school and am so glad I got some again!
