My Millionaires' Tax proposal applies to less than .5% of Washingtonians.

With that:
170,000 small businesses no longer pay a B&O tax.
460,000 more households receive the Working Families Tax Credit.
All Washingtonians no longer pay sales tax on baby and hygiene products.

Both interesting things to ponder. How a person can change their views over time, and how any artist has flaws, so do we ignore that or just write off their whole catalog because of it? Have pondered these things recently with Neil Gaiman, Dave Chapelle, etc. It’s a tough question, honestly.

Washington has Boas! They don’t get very big, and they’re very shy and docile. I got to pet this one! It needed to move to a safer place than the footpath, so I gave it a pet on the butt to get it moving into the brush.

Found a cool rock today.

What a month. Done with 3 weeks of my Mom, and then 3 nights with Jon’s parents… Whew!
It’s been very tough seeing them all struggling with aging and mobility issues. It’s tough living so far away from family. Anybody who is a carer for older relatives has my deepest respect.
