I'm getting old I can't drink more than 3 cups... But depends on my situation🤔 back then when i was in high school, I drank at least 2 cups coffee EVERYDAY. Max 4 cups per day :D and I'm still survived even I have gerd :D wow

Back to my bad habit (drink coffee more than eat)
