We've been working on something exciting at Durandal. Alepha is not going anywhere and is actually going faster with 'Tank Game' (really need a name for it). Its been so much fun. Arena shooter feel with some wipeout and mario party. Exciting to share the demo in the coming months.

Really fun horror indie game. Highly recommend everyone give it a look and wishlist on steam!

Halo is the most important part of my personal experiences growing up. Halo 2s special edition disc 2 bts video is why im a game dev. Nothing will ever beat Halo 1-3 splitscreen / LAN.

I miss the old days of HALO so much lately, y'all.

It's hard to convey just how special that time between HALO 1, 2, 3, ODST, and Reach was.

I miss couch co-op, Forge craziness, laughing together, playing slayer with friends... but it's all bittersweet now.

I think that as an indie game dev without a large publisher, your target audience is not gamers in general, it is sickos.

It's hardcore sickos that will be diving the depths of your genre and finding your game, and it is sickos who will be spreading it.

Really great read. The downfall of older (not boomer) shooter and linear campaigns isn't talked about enough. Bring back CoD4 and Halo 2 level of high octane story telling.

Thats very fair. I forgot they still had some halo 5 stuff in certain infinite builds. Its probably the same (or modified) rig

Issue with the first is the animations. They seem to lack an entire animation department. Hence the carbine using the shock rifle animations. Thats why we're getting classic weapons back as skins

On one hand, this is a step in the right direction.
On the other, there are unanswered questions, especially regarding the LGBTQ+ tag being deindexed as well as the "banks" not being named. (Though it's probably visa and mastercard).
The transparency is appreciated, but perhaps a tad more please?
