Sure, Apartheid was a system of governance in South Africa, which is the chief example the UN convention is referring to when outlining the crime as per international law. So we know the ONLY reference of this convention was when white ppl in SA subjugated black ppl systematically, BY LAW.

1, Apartheid gave unequal rights to it's own CIVILIANS, not occupants or people they were in war with. The equivalent would be israeli palestinians, but they live just as well as other israeli jews.

2, More than half of israelis are mizrahi, so its not race related either.

An occupation by definition cannot be apartheid, ONCE AGAIN: Do you believe Gazans are israeli citizens? If not, then it's NOT apartheid. Nor is it targeting race, which are two key components of apartheid.

That doesn't mean the way they're treated is GOOD, it just mean it's not apartheid.
