I've worked in several high-end restaurants( French, Italian, and Vietnamese), but this is the food we make for staff meals. I'm currently working in a mom and pop Chinese restaurant, hence the staff meals consisting of mostly Asian cuisine. But yes, I had a part in making most of this food.

Obligatory first food post. Eggplant and spicy garlic szechuan pork sauce. Mapo tofu and also chicken w/ peppers and peanuts. King crab legs, half lobster smothered in garlic butter over glass noodles. Stir fryed beef and vegetables over rice w/ chili oil and cilantro. #Boennappetit
