Soph has been going to the gym every night and I nearly cry from paranoia every time that something will happen to her on the drive or someone will come into the gym to do something bad. I don’t feel better until she’s home. Like it’s really bad

I know my anxiety is through the roof because I can’t stop obsessing over making sure to call my family and say goodbye to people properly because I’m terrified they will die before I can see them again. like it’s all I think about now
