Urban and suburban America are far more representative of a strong economic, less crime per capital, mor caring America than any rural white infested KKK county

Rural America. It is touted as hard working, morally sound, and what America is made of. Rural America to me represents white supremacy, racists, sexists, unintelligent conspiracy theorists, who are overrepresented vote wise. They are opioid drug addicts that get pills from their doctors.

I also find it distressing that the U.S. Army is planning on sending all divisions except 2 to the Mexican border.

We are essentially declaring war on our allies. The President is a Mob Boss, and other autocrats are leaders of Crime Families and everyone else needs to kiss the ring or be punished.

It's been a long time. I find the United States of America has become an unfriendly country to democracy, to freedom, and to the middle class and poor. It is quickly becoming a country that cannot be trusted and focused solely on ensuring the people with a lot of money can keep their thumb on us.

How do I maintain positivity under this corrupt and damaging Presidency? I don't know. Time will tell

I'm the last year I have developed chronic pain all over. To all those who suffer or have suffered from chronic pain, my heart goes out to you.

I have 3 diseases, but my pain is not from those three because they are under control. Frustrating, but I don't want pain to rule my life I fight through.

Today is the Superbowl. I love watching sports, but today I pass. A hike outdoors, some good Mexican or Greek food while I'm out, and tending to some tasks that need to be done. Perhaps some reading and meditation too?

Hello there. Of course Blue Sky is new and I have to figure it out. When I started out on Facebook, I went gangbusters, and probably seemed manic depressive later.

It's nice to find a place to start anew. A place to be myself. A place to practice being thoughtful, expressive and patient.
