Ohio Type 1 Cube The Ohio Type 1 Cube evokes feelings of playing Vintage (aka Type 1) in 2003 at a small game store in Ohio.
Playing in my first cube tournament on Saturday. Despite my low skill and nonspike attitude, I need to study since top 8 gets to draft Ohio

A good chunk of the New Testament could have been skipped if, at the Last Supper, Jesus initiated the kill rubric in Judas' titan engine to charge soul bombs that could destroy Hell

The first episode of the #MTGLorwyn story, penned by @seananmcguire.bsky.social, is here! Four first-year Strixhaven students stumble through an Omenpath to a strange new world.

04.12.2025 02:55 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The first would be the interpretation of stalling. The new definition would be that a player has to play at a pace to finish the game on time. This means that a player can not play slow at the first, middle, or later stages of the game. Andrew Finch you can play a slow deck but can not play it slowly. This is all up to the Judges to interpret. The second item was a change in the card sleeve rule. As of September 1st a player will no longer be allowed to ask an opponent to de sleeve. The ramifications of this are apparent. Worn cards are now allowed and not considered marked. Alpha cards are up in the air and the official stance on these will be announced August 1st. The Tommy Hovi rule is still being considered, i.e. a player can force an opponent to sleeve. This will not take effect this year. Part two of the meeting will be written later this week. The main focus of this discussion was the lap dance that Mike Long had with his Cadaverous Bloom.
July 4th, 1998
The annual DCI meeting includes a floor rules change where players can no longer ask their opponents to desleeve their decks.

If you want to support Magic Story and see Magicβs own IP be successful enough that it canβt be ignored, one of the easiest things you can do is preorder Strixhaven: Omens of Chaos. If you canβt do that, or already have, share the bookβs website so others can:
strixhaven-omens-of-chaos.com
I'll happily cede on the months-ahead timing of it! Why wouldn't you preview those this week, get the hype built for orders, then do a non-preview episode next to simply clear the way for Eclipsed
02.12.2025 19:21 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I see folks who want Magic IP supported and given breathing space.
Lorwyn Eclipsed stories start Monday, then Tuesday WeeklyMTG is showing Marvel Super Heroes previews.
Now, I don't expect story to be sole community focus for a full week. But can you try NOT stomping out your own story with UB?
I sent like 15 Blogatog asks vouching for you. More evidence they don't listen to players
