This is an Eggman that is a mix of IDW and Archie.
He genuinely ‘could’ end Sonic whenever he wants.
Only think he doesn’t have prepared is if Sonic’s friends (other than well.. the main cast) help him.
Basically he could do what Eggman did in forces.
