What I’m reading this week… This book is perfectly paced, extremely well-edited. The mains are social outliers, so diving into their lives is a learning experience. The author attended Harvard like one of the mains, which gives a fieldwork reportage feeling to the story. Love it! #amreading #zevin

This is Kanpan. It’s hardtack, a durable emergency food good. It doesn’t have to be delicious, but because it’s Japanese, it is very, very delicious! Slightly sweet, slightly salty cracker with a hint of sesame.
