I think it's about team work. To help your team partner with their task even if it's not your task, when something needs to be done for the greater good. I saw and did that a lot in my team. I also heared the "it's not my job" phrase often enough which is sad. You don't need egoism in your team.

Spring is here! Of course it's still winter, but the sun has gained power and there are some nice warm and bright days allready. The wild bees are circling around the bee hotel, first flowers are growing and blooming in my pots (soon tulips!). Can't wait for the lush green days <3

Last year, I did a lot of cyanotype printing. Now I've finally found the nerve to photograph everything and post it online on my page. Please have a look. But somehow all the photos look so bad and don't do justice to the prints! ;_;
