I’d write “blocklist of Gazans to follow” as “قوائم حسابات أشخاص من غزة يجب متابعتهم" which translates as “List of accounts of people from Gaza who should be followed”.
It’s clunky but a natural-sounding Arabic phrase doesn’t always translate 1:1. Also use ChatGPT. Way better than Google Translate.
