Im not at all tech savvy so I'm not sure to what extent I could even be helpful to help others try to help me with this issue through just digital dialogue, my best hope still and what a family member still thinks is just try to save up and wait for the repairman to be able to check it physically

At all nearby the time it just gave up was that opening the file browser at times caused the computer to lag momentarily, especially when it was opened by another app like Firealpaca or Discord, and opened lag-less otherwise, so i wonder if it was more an issue of those two rather than the PC

Connect the monitor to electricity is sorta damaged too, and it was given to us like that, at times it feels less like a gift and more like an excuse to get rid of a pc that they didn't find an use for- but it is what it is...

In any case the only thing that I was able to find worrying

Which made using it straining because it was locked to high brightness until you went to a darker page where it became way too dark <\3, at this point im just venting every little issue I've had with this thing, huh 😭 sorry for going so offtrack its just... a huge mess, the cable that's meant to

We had to buy a little antenna-thing for it to be able to detect wifi, as it expected an ethernet physical connection; it had no audio output, not even like speakers to connect to it, so all audio had to be heard only through headphones or earphones; you couldn't even disable automatic brightness

-Meaned gift, but... there were a lot of issues from the start that only slowly started to accumulate, the color displayed was just slightly off to bug me as a digital artis (luckily that was easily fixed), but many other things were surprisingly missing, the PC lacked Bluetooth or Wifi drivers

And given its been about 6 months since that gift, I doubt they still have anything related to the original packaging and papers for the individual pieces of the PC (the only thing that we do have like that is a set of keyboard mouse and headphones) But... yeah, I'm really against criticizing a well

While the CPU box seems to be specifically made for a gaming PC the display monitor seems to not be part of a set. The PC was given to us by a family member's new partner and... well, without any box or warranty papers or anything related to where the PC had came from

These are the specs i had managed to get a long while before the pc ever did anything even slightly worrying

I think the important parts include enough cognates to make out what they say despite being in Spanish

I could not be able to tell much more because the PC was kinda a second-hand gift

at the time we didn't contact a repairman cuz, the one person we knew was taking a break from tech repair, and while there's a few other places around that take care of technology, they're known more for their infamy rather than anything good, so we didn't really trust taking the PC anywhere then

when, as the computer started up, the CPU box would beep around 5 times, but continue working with normality. A friend who had suffered likewise with his own PC said that likely meant an issue with the graphics card, but unless it started to cause issues while it was running, it was probably fine

operate anymore. As for your other message I'm fairly sure the computer is fairly new, though it was given to our family as a gift, it was already operating with Windows 11, and the CPU box didn't seem to have any issue at all, though there were two times, months before any of this happened

shut down for like a second or two, and turn back on in a black screen with a single blinking underscore; trying to press f2 as the computer is booting up (before it even prompts the recovery blue screen) also makes it go to that screen... and when it's in that state, neither keyboard nor mouse

I don't know how else to explain it, but as soon as the blue screen (this time for recovery rather than just the ":(" blue screen) appears again and prompts pressing f1 to enter the "recovery environment" (that's... how its labeled at least in spanish) any pressing of any key makes the monitor

I'm fairly sure i did use a media creation tool, from www.microsoft.com/es-es/softwa..., i tried putting the usb in about every port in this computer, including a blue one labeled U3 which i suppose may be the usb 3.0 port, but the computer doesn't... 'seem' to recognize the usb if that makes sense

Hence the attempt at a windows 11 install through an usb since apparently is one of the means to fix 0xc0000428, but i guess the usb i used isn't "bootable" cause the computer didn't register it :')

Which, according to the repairperson our family knows, could simply be the OS or even an issue with the hard drive. We believe it could range anywhere between 4000 MX to 8000 MX in the worst case scenario (such as other hard-to-find pieces being damaged)

My commission work, but I only recently had started to do art commissions and don't have the money needed for this procedure. I'm not from the states (and idk if that would change much when it comes to the price) and depending on the damage specifics

And regardless of what I've tried, I haven't been able to solve the blue screen on my own. I've gone as far as trying to boot the pc with an USB containing a clean install of windows, but id didn't work. I need to tale it to be checked and fixed in order to continue with

I find myself in dire need to ask for help like this! Recently, my compurer suffered a blue screen of death, which means that my only means of earing money is... gone. No other device in my household is compatable with my digital tablet.
