Greater Manchester Older People's Network. With them, we held a listening session to gain lived experience insights into what matters for healthy ageing.

Making Shared Care a Reality – Resource Launch As we move into the next phase of the “Shared Care” initiative, we are proud to announce the official launch of the Making Shared Care a Reality – Resource for Care Home Staff.

Coming soon: a new Shared Care resource from our collaborators at Together in Dementia Everyday (tide) 🎉

Co-created with family carers and care home staff, it builds on tide's research into carers' experiences when the person they have looked after moves into residential care.

Exercises like tai chi and yoga were common ways to keep older people exercising, but these successful programs often disappear when the initial funding dries up.
