Much of what Israel counts as “food trucks” contains low-nutrition commercial goods like chocolate bars or overpriced frozen goods, she says, not the basic staples people need. A Gaza humanitarian coordinator told Drop Site the same. After everything, only a fraction reaches families and at prices that remain extremely out of reach for most people.
