I once went to a D1 school around the time Unsportsmanlike Conduct came out and I was talking with the AD and his people, and they asked me about how to asses the culture of their program. My answer: "Do all the athletes feel like the men are superior to the women? Start there. It all start there."

In the video of Trump talking to the US men's hockey team, when he says "I must tell you, we're going to have to bring the women's team, you do know that" as a joke about how annoying it is to have women around, the most painful part for me, are all the hockey players laughing. Actually laughing.
