When will UN Biodiversity communication channels start informing about #pesticides (incl. #insecticides, #herbicides, #fungicides) being #1 exterminator of #biodiversity?
During #COP29 all other factors were widely communicated, except the worst one. Any thought about this?

Zones blanches : en Mayenne, le hameau sans réseau C’est un petit hameau charmant dans la campagne de Mayenne, classé avec son abbaye cistercienne et son étang, ses vieilles pierres et ses 160 habitants. Sauf que c’est une zone blanche.

A Fontaine Daniel en Mayenne, les portables ne passent pas.
Alors parmi les 160 habitants, certains s’en désolent, d’autres s’y résignent, mais beaucoup aussi se félicitent de cette tranquillité gagnée sur le tout connecté.

Bravo pour ce reportage remarquable qui réussit à décrire ce lieu si particulier (que je connais bien) et de transmettre autant de finesse et d'émotions sans images en 6 min.

Consternant et révoltant que ces "personnes en charge" fassent passer l'intérêt de l'industrie agro-chimique devant/contre l'intérêt général (population, air, sols, eau, sols, santé publique, environnement au sens large, biodiversité, etc).
Pétition signée immédiatement et partagée autour de moi ! 👍

Refusons la suppression de l'Agence Bio !

La majorité réactionnaire du Sénat vient d'adopter un amendement à la loi de finances qui supprime brutalement l'Agence Bio.

#Pesticides are the #1 cause of #biodiversity loss.
The BEST WAY to protect biodiversity is to reduce/stop pesticides. This is a fact, despite what agrochemical agencies are paid to communicate.
Organic solutions exist, allowing an eco-centric approach for everyone to enjoy. Also good to remind! 😊
