A lot of things made the 60s very different. No social media, no computer generated images, media wasn't as completely biased and corrupt, billionaires weren't killing people by the tens of thousands. They are going to keep doing what they're doing regardless of if we turn the other cheek or not.

Important context for how it began and was escalated. This administration is eager to pick a fight with the populace.

No such thing as peaceful protests when you involve the gestapo or their kind. Things are going to continue getting uglier.

I just saw someone posting on here warning "us" not to engage in violence or vandalism. What I saw in videos initially were people, arms linked, blocking/shouting at ICE, then ICE began shoving, grabbing them, flinging them to the ground and arresting them. ICE/J6 escalated this crap.

There's also video of them firing "non-lethals" and tear gas directly at the press who were there covering the chaos, shouting they were PRESS, holding big news camera equipment, etc.

IMHO I don't think people engaged in violence or vandalism until law enforcement encountered people who were standing arms interlinked, peacefully blocking them, LE began shoving people, throwing them to the ground and arresting some. The J6er Gestapo incited the violence.

Wouldn't it be amazing if they all turned on him and his pals at the last second? One can dream.
