Seems Doctor Who's viewership went down in the last two years - it was higher for Jodie's last season (which was awesome btw).

I liked Ncuti's first season. Second season had some big moments too.

But yeah something fresh is needed I think. Now is the time to do it too.

The whole tipping discourse pisses me off so much. The way so called progressives have a complete lack of generosity towards the very group they claim to value - the working class - is disgusting and disgraceful. I’ve never regretted being generous; I have regretted not being generous enough.

Systems, accountability, checks and balances, separation of powers, division of responsibilities, etc. are only as strong as the people enforcing them and willing to be limited by them. Made a church from exclusion and bigotry and then shocked that exclusion and bigotry are hiding under the surface.

So so sorry for your loss. Sending love.

THIS. I'm so tired of feeling afraid to say I'm autistic because people will subconsciously write me off, or think I'm stupid, or immature, or childish.

Its so sad how our society has become so individualistic.

There's no sense of community, collaboration, or that we have a moral, ethical responsibility to take care of each other & the least in our world/society. Which we DO.

Thatcher, Reagan & capitalism have wrecked our societies & our planet.

The Green Party in the UK has gone from 45k members to 130k membersin the last 7 weeks.

Their charismatic new leader is delivering a message of genuine hope, change. Taxing millionaires & billionaires properly, investing in public services/welfare, saving our planet.

And its really resonating.

Not been sleeping properly for over a week. Also been having consistently bad dreams.

Can’t really put my finger on why.

I have some underlying stress/anxiety think, not sure what it’s about.

It’s taken a lot of work on myself, with my therapist & my embodiment coach, to get to this point.

I’m proud of the work I have done & am still doing, and grateful for my chosen & some of my birth families.

Good things don’t happen as often as they should for me. This is a good thing.

I am not financially free, I am not wealthy, I do not earn a high salary, I am still bound by capitalism in some ways, in that I have to exist in it.

But being free from debt means I don’t owe it anything anymore.

Again, I am fortunate to be able to do this. But I also feel I earned it.

The increasing cost of living, higher rents, my salary not rising sufficiently, getting married combined with with my trauma, CPTSD, autism, adhd, all contributed to this in some way.

Basically capitalism, which sucks.

Paying off debt frees me from a huge part of capitalism.
