Steam does not describe what content is defined as “adult only”; As of July 2025, video game distribution website Itch.io has “deindexed” all adult NSFW content from browse and search pages. Users that previously purchased legitimate video games cannot access games that have been removed; and This has set an unsettling precedent of corporate censorship, causing concern in video game development teams, including developers, voice actors, and artists in other creative fields as their livelihoods are in limbo. Handful of digital portraits from this summer :) Sometimes when I'm painting in oils, it feels like my brain is running a totally different software than when I'm behind a tablet. I've been working on training my digital brain to think a bit more like it does when there's a brush in my hand.

(And also a failure to understand how image gen works)

One thing I noticed in responses some folks got in the original thread, there was an emphasis on the fact that Jukebox AI wasn't training on customer artwork and one contained the sentence "The Sticker AI is powered only by text prompts". Real failure to understand the core of the issue.

It's sure not great! Torn between wanting to support them for listening and wanting to go elsewhere for them showing how out of touch they are with their community tbh

Collective yelling works and Jukebox is not in fact integrating AI; on one hand I think going "no you fucked up it's too late" disincentivizes companies doing the right thing, on the other hand I got some good recs and maybe it's time to give some smaller printers a shot regardless!

I used Jukebox for my last prints and was happy with them but I guess I'm not getting my next prints done there, what's your fav Canadian art print company (reasonably affordable, not giclee or anything, usually print 12x16 or 12x18)
