I was talking with @andrewtorrez.bsky.social about this the other day, and I think the time has come for the state and local authorities to get judicial warrants for every piece of evidence about the shooting and make DOJ and FBI argue to a judge that they don't have to turn it over.

It will be interesting when Blanche is on the stand and the state asks for the murderer’s toxicology test results and the report from his “internal bleeding” hospital visit.
