I am getting ready to go to the airport to start a new Hallmark movie! And would you believe as I’ve been packing, the fur babies and I have been watching the #MurderSheBaked #HannahSwesen marathon all morning. Has anybody else been watching with me?

I had a Mimi day Saturday, watching games & cheering on my grandkids. These little human beings are growing up fast. I am blessed by the lessons they teach me. No matter what else is happening, children put everything into perspective don’t they? What have your children and grandchildren taught you?

Do you have a dream that you’re working on too? What is it, and how is it going? Remember to find joy in each small step, and celebrate each victory along the way. And most of all, don’t give up five minutes before the miracle! ❤️

My heart is breaking for those who lost everything. I don’t know why it touched some and left others. I’m beyond grateful, but devastated for those who are not so lucky. Please keep them in your prayers and help however you can. We truly need each other. There for the grace of God go any of us. 🙏💔

I have watched the news in horror, just like you, and it feels and looks like the apocalypse. Thank you to the firefighters and to the first responders, and everyone who has literally moved mountains to help us.

My daughter and her family are safe too. New fires popped up yesterday though so we just have to stay vigilant. The winds are supposed to get stronger again, they have started again already.

So many of you have been asking how my family is doing in the fires. Thank you for your prayers and your concern. So far I am safe in my area. It was way too close for comfort and I stayed up for two nights monitoring the evacuation areas, but we did not have to evacuate.

Tinkerbell, Henry and Brando are beside me on the couch right now, cuddling each other unconditionally. My wish for 2025 is that humans can get along and love each other like my fur babies do. ❤️ #furbabies

Home sweet home with my babies. Didn’t get to bed till 3am, so it felt great to sleep in. Brando is giving me side eye because it’s noon and I’m still not up. lol! What a fabulous weekend it was getting to meet so many of you. I will remember it forever. Thank you for sharing this journey with me. ❤️
