The Supreme Court ruled that Trump's "Liberation Day" tariffs are unconstitutional because they obviously are.
If Trump tries to impose any other tariffs, Congress needs to impeach (and convict) him forthwith.
If a President is permitted to disregard the Constitution then America is done for.
Democrats should run this year on returning tariff revenue to Americans. Trump already said today he’s going to fight this in the courts. An easy mode way to be on the right side of the affordability issue.
