The French 2025 Finance Law allows an increase to the notary fees, by 0.5 percentage points. Paris was the first to seize this opportunity. As a result, if signing a notarial deed in Paris from the 1st April 2025 will need to budget for an increase of €500 for every €100,000 of the property value.
