Since I first tried Hollow Knight in 2018, I have been avoiding Deepnest like the plague. I gave up on the game back then, and have been putting off playing it for other games.

But tonight I conquered it. Thanks to everyone who joined!

Ball X Pit would absolutely consume my life if I didn't have adult responsibilities. It is actually taking an immense amount of restraint to not play until 1 am.

I won't be able to watch Nightmare Before Christmas on Halloween this year because I'll be playing a one-shot D&D campaign with friends.

Legends Z-A is so frustrating. The game gives you some of the most engaging boss battles in the entire series with rogue Mega battles.

But then it gives you a side quest where they significantly lower your character's walking speed and have you literally take out the trash.

I like how if you finish a rank promotion just before dawn in Legends Z-A, you still awake to the sound of your alarm in the morning.

The implication is that you spent either 10 minutes or 24 hours sleeping.

Iconic.

Games can be both poorly made AND fun to play.
