I'd love a thought out balance patch, but I'm cynical that it'll happen. Unfortunate- I'm okay with and having fun with the difficulty so far, but I also recognize it is very, very much not for everyone, and it's a bummer that there are people who would otherwise enjoy the game who won't be able to.

I'm having a hard time putting why into words, but this deeply moved me. Something about the mutual lack of fear, I think, despite how small she is compared to you and how very close to your fingers her stinger is, and knowing that that ham would have gone to her little siblings... very sweet.

I love Hollow Knight, played over 1,000hrs. I'm sure I will enjoy Silksong. But the general entitlement from fans, the misunderstanding of budget ≠ faster development, and the absolutely cynical nature of the conversation over the past few years has really soured me on the whole thing. 🧵

Don't get me wrong, Hanatool and NEB are FANTASTIC tools. And Hinzka, the maker of the default blendshapes bundled with those tools, did all of us a huge service by making them widely available! But some of those expressions are wonky and one-size-fits-all does NOT fit every model. #3dtubing #vroid

After about a month of work (read: mashing my face into Blender until I figured out how to do what I wanted), 2.0 of my model is almost, ALMOST done. Just gotta kick that baby through Unity to get on the shaders and the GOOD hair physics so it's Warudo ready. There'll be a showcase soon, hopefully!
