Our one time with the extruder actually turned out fine? Just not amaaaaaaazing like the tagliatelle or lasagna noodles we make with the roller.

I’d like to try it again, though, for what it’s worth. Maybe during the Christmas downtime.

We use the pasta roller about three times a year. We’ve used the extruder once. Your mileage may vary!

Many thanks to everyone for a lovely experience with my first ever bike ride in Halifax as part of #Kidicalmass this morning! It is very evident that our local cycling community is full of kindness and care. I felt very safe and looked after as a new duckling of the flock!
