I did actually revert to an earlier driver update, which I think fixed the driver timeouts, but obviously I still have the encoding errors.
That mostly just happens when I have my encoder set to AMD

Also, let me just briefly summarize the problems;
- Bitrate varies wildly when playing a game, goes back to stable out of game
- Encoding error which usually leads to obs crash happens most streams
- Previously had driver timeouts consistently, they seem to be gone...I hope
