Oh and also I completely forgot to mention gem gear as an idea. The gem robes would be a bit easier to obtain too, but maybe this could have also made the old 1.1 and older jungle armor a lot easier to obtain.

Left a simple comment under a mage rework discussion video and I guess I'm onto something. @redigit.bsky.social would be nice to see this implemented as I think a lot more people would consider staves (especially the mid-high tier ones) when you can just find metals in chests.
