But unfortunately, it seems the author deactivated their Lofter account a few weeks ago, so I can no longer contact them... Thankfully, I still have a copy of the fanfic saved + translated by a friend.

It was the perfect example of how to write a good chat-style fanfic, where the reader is on the edge of their seat waiting to hear the tea. A while ago, I asked if the author would be okay with derivative works and she said yes, so I decided to comm an artist!

I was actually inspired to commission this fanart because I read a really funny xianxia forum-style fanfic where Selene consults a forum to ask what she should do about her ex, Iris, pursuing her again. Fanfic was so humorous and the worldbuilding was so good!!!
