i, on the other hand, won't be (because i much much *much* prefer the cold).

When I play solo support, it's not unusual to have to handle flanks myself bc there's less coordination and VARIED degrees of game sense on my team. So it's not too big a deal except in this case the tank was talking trash when the tank was the one doing badly

Basically he wanted all five of us to hold a hard line, which left us open to flanks since neither he nor our DPS were peeling. Sombra was off doing her job in their backline, but us supports kept having to peel for ourselves which takes attention away from our main job.

I was being positive by trying to help!

Honestly this is not the norm. Most games are p. quiet and even when someone's being a jerk it doesn't go on past 1-2 chats.

This tank was trying to lead from the off and didn't adapt his failing strat when it didn't hold up.

We lost and somehow my tank claimed our Sombra was the problem and not the enemy Junkrat getting free kills because he kept flanking and nobody would address him no matter how often I pinged, but sure our best DPS was the problem

I'll be getting some OC and Pathfinder content soon tho, and I've got more Ars Goetia cards to make after I get the KS campaign launched. I'm excited to get back to this but if I'm gonna do cons, I gotta get back into what sells, at least for a little bit.

Officially did everything there is to do in Hades 2. All the Fated List, found the Fates, did the relationships to max. Brilliant game, there will definitely be more fan art soon since I'm planning to do a few annual cons again and I need new merch (that's also why the Overwatch stuff lately)

My guess is original IP holders will still have grounds to sue AI sloppers but until there's a case ruling, anyone saying one way or the other is just speculating.

I'm sure there'll be a way to define "creator" or w/e in a way that punishes infringement without giving offenders copyright power

That's the sort of thing that will probably be decided if/when it reaches a court (if it hasn't already; idk if there's been such a case ruled on yet). Copyright law is very, very nuanced to the point where two very similar cases might have different rulings.

AI-generated artwork is officially not eligible for copyright protection after the U.S. Supreme Court declined to review the appeal.

The court ruled that a work must have a human creator in order to qualify for copyright.
