It’s a picture of people in a studio with large windows. People are in a meditative or journeying state like the one this experience will offer. Some are on yoga mats reclined and some are sitting. Animals, specifically whales and a bird of prey, are shown in the air to represent the power animal aspect of the spirit medicine work.

Here’s a cool experience I am offering virtually on Sun, Feb 16th 9-12 pt. It’s a 3 hour date with yourself – a mix of coaching, which asks the pithy questions, and of spirit healing, which goes into the depths & works with the energies there.

I often draw runes at the beach. This one came into a meditation this morning to show me my current need for community and joy. I love how it also offers resourcing energy. Of course there’s so much more to it… but even in this brevity, it sparks.
