A specific sex or gender can only be excluded from the study, when a clear and concise scientific justification is provided for this choice. This should be articulated in the introduction and methodology sections to inform readers of the rationale behind the study design.

2025 is a great year to make sure all new studies you perform have a solid sample size justification, where your peers can see the study was designed to have high informational value for the question you are asking:

Interesting read. Multiple DOFs, the many ways one can do the same ADL, the sheer # of ADLs one can do - IMO, make this a very complex problem. Then comes the question of what is a meaningful metric to quantify & is the mov't truly dysfunctional or not? www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti...

Today is the 35th anniversary of the Dec. 6, 1989 Polytechnique Massacre. 14 women, most engineering students, were murdered by a misogynist gunman. December 6 is now the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women. www.cbc.ca/montreal/fea...
