Jin would kill Golden
01.09.2025 05:40 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Keeping a healthy mindset on your daily job is one of the best things you can do. Don't get manupilated. Stand up for yourself. But maybe your day job is actually good and it doesn't require for you to keep your shields up constantly. It's okay.
22.08.2025 15:38 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Don't let people who don't like their jobs make you feel guilty for loving yours. Probably the worst corporate trap is the people you work with constantly bringing your mood down by complaining about everything. It's okay to love your job and people you work for. It doesn't make you an ass licker.

13.08.2025 15:33 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I genuinely hate this shit. Big lazy agencies with big representations piss me OFF. They do zero promo of the publishers they represent. They only sell bestsellers. Other books? They don't care.
13.08.2025 15:32 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0And unfortunately, this book was also represented by small agencies in many languages BECAUSE a big publisher had the rights! And it went under the radar (rights sales-vise) Now that it got an award I'm sure it will soon be translated. But it's gonna face obstacles and kept in auctions for AGES!!!!
13.08.2025 15:32 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0So I'm a literary agent and I was TRYING to get the book translated. But of course.. people in the business know, exclusive agreements between big publishers and small agencies are always a disaster. It causes many good books to go under the radar.
13.08.2025 15:32 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I've been following an artist for a very long time. Then they became popular. Then they made a children's book. And I was veeery very excited about it. AND it won an amazing award ๐ฅน
But that's not the story
She's super popular on the internet, but I feel like the general public needs to get to know Little Simz better. She is the best rap/hip hop has to offer, even more than Kendrick. Her new album is incredible

It's never too late to pick up a pencil and start to draw, we all start somewhere. We live in an age where there's a wealth of knowledge to learn from, art is more accessible than it has ever been before. AI slop didn't bring any accessibility- because it only mimics art, never the soul.
6/7
AI "art", no matter how good it looks, goes against the very idea of art. Art's meaning comes from the process, the thought, the emotion an artist put in, AI slop lacks this, and it can replicate it, but never reach it (as I like to call it, a "Art Soul Asymptote")
People also see this-

fuck ai generated slop
"ai makes art accessible" is an argument i hate to my fucking bones. Art is EASILY accessible, I'd argue it's the cheapest most accessible hobby because all you need is a pen and paper.
"yeah but not everyone has skills" no everyone has the skill, you just need to put in the work

So here is the list of books I read in 2025

Even for the sole sense of experiencing the ancient wisdom passed down all these years.
6,5/10 #booksky
First book finished in 2025.
There is a way, obviously. Not my way though. Although filled with wisdom, many things in the script I couldn't relate to. Also all the contrast threw me off a little, even with the warning in the preface. Even then I don't regret reading at all,
Nah dude get the fuck out of here. This is our site. Stay on twitter with the rest of the filth.
