56: Metroid Dread. I enjoyed this a lot more than prime remastered. The Emmis were kinda terrifying, some enemies were tough, I got lost a few times, but more importantly, I had a blast. Also Samus’ final outfit at the end was so cool looking

One thing people tend to do is just avoid unhealthy food all together when trying to lose weight. You can eat unhealthy, but don’t overdue it, and add some fruit/veggies in there. I had garlic breadsticks, but only two, and some grapes
