it wasn't a bad day, but i did have a couple instances where i can't help but wonder "am i gonna get chewed out for this", and so i now proceed to handle the next few days with an anxious air of 'is work gonna poke me to talk about the job i did' because i worry constantly about my performance, lol

If you are submitting your own character, you MUST be okay with me tweaking their design to my tastes. I understand there is potential sensitivity with having someone handle your character in a way that is outside of the norm. Please don't submit your design to me if you could find yourself potentially offended by my changes. I will not be critiquing your design choices, simply just reworking them in a way that pleases me aesthetically. If you like the redesign direction, you are 100% free to use it. There is NO GUARANTEE that your character will be chosen for this.
