One of the most beautiful things I learned from teaching in a special education classroom was how empathetic and supportive the neurodivergent students could be for each other’s needs. Most other students never get a chance to practice doing this on a daily basis.

I'm interested to see what novel and spurious legal theory the Right will come up with to justify allowing a president to run for a third term. Whatever it will be, they're going to try to claim they've always held to it and that we're radical for thinking otherwise.

I looked up what the president was doing the day I saw this message on the CDC’s webs (while looking up information about a disease);

Ironically, I was reading a section on misplacing items while distracted. When I got home from the grocery store, it took me another 5-10 minutes to find the book (I brought for a wait at the pharmacy)…which was in one of the grocery bags…still in the car.

After the US treated people from Afghanistan- who stuck out their necks to help the US over 2 decades- so badly by revoking refugee status, good luck finding local help this time.
