The premise of the series is to interview people on the condition that the interview not air until the subject has passed away.

My orange bitters had gone bad so I subbed in some peach bitters in the cocktail recipe i was trying out and that was A Mistake because i like the cocktail but i can distinctly taste where the orange bitters would have gone left and instead the peach bitters go right.

(I looked it up and the roaster is run by like three people and the guy writing to me is one, and like, yeah man, i suppose i could use less water, slow it way down and reduce the length of my espresso shot! Thanks, I’ll try it!)

I bought coffee beans online and didn’t like the blend and when they sent me a review link i was honest and rated it 2 stars and got an email from the guy who asked how i was making it so i told him and he gave me some detailed advice and I’m gonna try it his way and tell him because he seems nice.

Oh sure, starting with Vol. 1 starts you off with LXG. After that it’s Vol. 2 with the Martians and then the Black Dossier. That said, Black dossier jumps all over the timeline, and the entire series is so crammed with references that there are entire books of annotations to track them all.

As an anniversary gift from Kimiko, I got a “oh, go on” to the record rummage at the rocks. I bought four records from a 76 year-old man who had driven down from Canberra, and was rewarded with roughly 400 dad jokes. A good time.
