I think this is egghead mottlegill. I throw mushrooms on the muck heap when we have them but only these grow ( and aren't for eating) .

On the other hand we have adders, ducklings, rabbits and all other wonderful things in my 'mucky nature reserve; maybe it's payoff buying mushrooms.

I kept more mobile for a good while with yoga. I absolutely detest the impact of muscle relaxants (I don't know if it's the ptsd but they make me weepy and depressed) so I do my best to avoid them. 1/

Also - my mother's Swedish influence meant I was outside in my pram for naps as a nipper where ever we were- snow or baking sun . I need fresh air to feel safe.

So happy it's open window season again. I'd sleep with a window open year round but husband did not go to a British boarding school so is less happy in a freezing room.

He's old - and with age has become clingy . He likes to sit on me at ALL times. Which is a tremendous honour.
